Building your profile

Getting started:

Building your profile on Knowleaf is simple - just follow this step-by-step guide that walks you through the whole process.
This guide covers the entire process of setting up your Knowleaf profile: 
  1. How to change your avatar
  2. How to change your password
  3. How to upload your license
  4. How to upload your payment method
  5. How to change your subscription

  1. Start by going to your profile's dashboard. Here's a direct link.
  2. At the top of the page is a series of icons labeled Team, Preview Profile, and so on. To start editing your profile, click on the icon of a pencil labeled Edit Profile.

  3. There are several categories listed on the Edit Profile page. Each category is covered in the table of contents.

Change Company Avatar:

  1.  To change your company avatar, click the green upload button in the center of the page. 
    Select the green upload button.
  2. Your file folders will pop up on your screen. You can then navigate to the folder with your company's icon or logo image. Click the Open button located in the bottom right hand corner of the file navigation once you've chosen your image.
  3. Once you upload your icon, you can edit the image by clicking and dragging the uploaded photo to see how it would look in the icon photo frame.


You can zoom in by dragging the slider under your photo to the right. Zoom out by dragging the same slider with your mouse to the left.

  1. Click the green Save button to save your changes.



Change Password:

  1. Click the Change Password category.

  2. Enter your old password, and your new password twice for confirmation. 

  3. Finally, click the button labeled Update.

Licenses:

Knowleaf requires all users to submit their license information within 7 days of account creation to activate their account. 
Without a verified license, you cannot buy or sell on the Knowleaf marketplace, and will not be marked as Verified until you do so. 
You can submit your licenses while creating an account, or do so at a later date.
If your company belongs to multiple categories, you will need to submit a minimum of one license per category. You can also add additional licenses for a category if you have multiple licenses for that specific company type.

  1. Click on the category labeled Licenses.
  2.  Click the green button in the upper right-hand corner that says "+ Add License".

  3. Choose your company type from the types listed on the page. If more than one category applies to your business, select multiple categories. Click the green Next button to continue.

  4. Deselect the “Upload later” icon to be able to enter your information. 

If you do not deselect the upload later icon, you can’t enter your license information.

Multiple Licenses:

  1. If you have multiple licenses you will need to upload a minimum of one license per each selected category. You can add additional licenses in the same way that you would if you only selected one company category.
  2. With multiple company categories, make sure you enter your license under the corresponding company section. 
  3. You can see which section you're under by looking at the Company label located next to the Upload Later checkbox.

  4. Everything else is the same, regardless of whether you have one company category or multiple. 

Entering License information:

  1. Enter your License number into the field labeled License #.

  2. Select the field labeled “License Type”. Choose your license type from the given options.



  3.  Click the grey square labeled “Add license image” to upload an image of your license.



  4. If you want to add an additional license to your category, click the green text phrase +Add Another License.


  5.  Click the green button labeled Send Request to submit your information once you are finished.




My Cards:

If you have not uploaded a payment card to Knowleaf previously, Knowleaf will ask you to upload your payment card information to allow you to use the marketplace.
  1. Click on the category labeled My Cards.
  2. Click the green button in the upper right-hand corner labeled + Add card.

  3. Enter your credit or debit card number into the field labeled Card Number.
  4.  Enter your card’s expiration date into the field labeled Expiry.

  5. Enter your Card Verification Code into the field labeled CVC.

  6. Click the green button Add to add this card.


My Subscription:

Knowleaf has 3 tiers of subscriptions that offer different options based on your company's needs.
  1. To change your subscription plan, click the button labeled Choose Now under the subscription category you would like to subscribe to.
  2. Read the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
  3. Enter your card information into the appropriate fields. 
  4. To complete your purchase, select the button labeled Buy.
